*Job Title: Field Service Technician*
*Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73015 USA*
*Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Per)*
*Qualifications: *Proposed workdays and times: 08:00 AM- 07:00 PM Friday thru Monday Training hours may differ. \*\*\*Subject to change with some variation of possible rotation, weekends, nights, OT. Approx. 75-100 travel range.
Primary work location Oklahoma City, OK 73015 and adjacent areas. 100% travel within territory assigned.
*Drive your personal vehicle for the first 90 days to job sites (mileage will be reimbursed)*
*Physical & Technical Requirements: This is a physical job, so you must have the ability to do the following:*
A valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record within company-required standards.
Ability to successfully pass background and drug testing
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters within and around the equipment.
Familiarity with computers and a variety of consumer communications devices, such as smart phones.
Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather, is essential.
Service experience or electro mechanical experience is a plus
You will be driving your personal vehicle the first 90 day of the apprentice program to multiple job sites.

*You are responsible for:*
performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.). Electro mechanical repair.
-Performing basic installation functions (e.g., setting up and testing equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks)
performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
inspecting products for correct operation, resolving noted issues, and/or escalating according to established procedures
-Prioritizing and planning service calls
works within a team environment, completes all required paperwork, and manages and maintains service parts inventory
-Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival
-Working with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
-Following key, alarm, or combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility
