Golden Touch ABA
is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be working closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and guidance to clients.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plansDesign and implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development for each client on their caseloadProvide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionalsMeet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changesCollaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plansCollect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
