Job description

• Complete rounds on all residences to ensure safe day to day operations of the facilities
• Facilitate check-in for groups
• Coordinate client community meetings
• Complete Intake and Orientation process with new clients
• Work closely alongside clinical/medical teams to support continuum of care
• Check-in with clients and notify other staff if they seem distressed and identify issue(s)
• Facilitate medication observation
• Check residences for cleanliness
• Perform safety checks on residences
• Complete shift notes and other necessary documentation
• Complete medication counts as needed
• Administer UDS if requested by staff or if there is suspicion of drug use
• Report any curfew/rule violations or unapproved visitors to clinical team
• Desired candidate needs to be willing to certify in CPR, know how to administer Narcan, be trained in de-escalation strategies, be comfortable taking temperatures and vitals.
• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable personal vehicle

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
