- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, answering phone calls/text messages, processing fax messages, referrals, and prior authorizations.
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and verifying information
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures including X-rays, medication administration, and basic life support
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medication instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
