Summary:
Provides leadership, motivation and training to work area by supervising team members and helping them meeting departmental and area goals. Coordinates day-to-day activities or work area, from start of flow to finish. Interacts with customer to resolve issues and provide information. 

We work as a team at Ivy Technology and there is an expectation that all team members will be flexible to assist in other areas of the organization as business needs may change.

Responsibilities:

•  Interacts with the customer to resolve problems and provide information. 
• Manages area metrics. 
• Provides input to manager on employee’s performance. 
• Writes processes, procedures, and work instructions as necessary. 
• Provides work leadership to work area by assisting team members to meet departmental and area goals, which includes working in the work area if necessary. 
• Trains team members on workstations and processes. 
• Coordinates and directs the daytoday activities of the work area. 
• Prepares work area for daily activities. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required
• General knowledge of electronic component handling. 
• Knowledge of process flows to include flow charts and written processes. 
• Reading, writing and math skills. 
• Working Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

Strong interpersonal skills required, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain teamwork
