About the Role:
The Administrative Support Associate plays a vital role at CarBrain, supporting our core operations. You'll handle various tasks, including data entry, quality control, client communication, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to handle vehicle information, ownership verification, and pre/post-sale inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of vehicle file details before dispatch.
• Provide exceptional customer support and administrative duties.
• Create dispatch orders, assist clients with scheduling & payment, and manage accurate client data entry.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
• Top-notch organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with vehicle appraisal tools (MMR, Auction data, AutoCheck).
• Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of damaged vehicles.
• Understanding of factors affecting vehicle value.
