Finance & Strategy Manager

ROLE

The Manager of Finance & Strategy is a core member of the finance and strategy team responsible for supporting company-wide strategic and financial planning. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally across the company and serve as a go-to resource for TMRW’s leadership team, leading analyses to inform strategic decision making. This role is located in our New York, NY office.

• Own TMRW’s 5-year forecast model, including regular reporting of KPIs to TMRW leadership team
• Support deep-dive analyses to drive strategic decision-making across all TMRW departments and guide TMRW’s growth strategy, including new product and geography launches
• Create annual operating budgets and track spend, working closely with department heads
• Track sales pipeline to inform demand planning and inventory management, in collaboration with Supply Chain
• Contribute to investor marketing materials and reporting, including supporting all capital raises (financial forecasting, presentations, investor calls, due diligence, etc.)
• Support customer billing and ensure contract fulfillment, in collaboration with Accounting
• Assist in preparation of Board materials for quarterly Board meetings and ad hoc Board follow-up requests
• Monitor fertility market landscape for relevant news (M&A, fundraising, regulatory environment, public comps, etc.) and synthesize and report findings on a quarterly basis
• Spearhead efforts to optimize, streamline, and automate forecasting and other business processes

• Other duties as assigned.

You must be an enterprising self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on flawless execution. You will win by turning ideas into action, strategy into tangible execution that will create value for TMRW and our customers. You will work closely with our Finance and Leadership team. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of work experience in financial services, consulting, or other similar data-driven / analytical role
• Experience building and interpreting financial models & analyses
• Expert in Microsoft Excel 
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across all functions and levels (including C-level)
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and fast-paced environment, with a strong bias towards action
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals
• You are a curious collaborator and strong team player

Compensation Range: $90,000 – $130,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
