HowToGeek.com is looking for a Feature Writer to cover Gaming Devices for the website. This includes how-to guides covering various gaming consoles - specifically the PS5, the Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch. That said, you can write across any section of the site in which you have first-hand expertise!

Our Gaming vertical teaches people how to fix, use, or do unique things with their gaming apps, consoles, and services: Should You Upgrade to the New Slim PS5?, How to Download and Install Steam on Linux, and Customize Your Xbox, PS5 or Switch Console with Wraps, Stickers and More.

Expectations:

• Write a minimum of 8 feature articles per month, with no upper limit
• You will be assigned articles and have the ability to claim ideas, however, once you are comfortable with the content we publish on the site, we welcome you to pitch your own ideas
• Stay up to date on the latest Gaming tech news, products and updates
• Input work into our in-house system and format images according to our guidelines

What we're looking for:

• Relevant experience in writing and editing in the English language
• Expert knowledge on all things Gaming Technology (with specific expertise in one or a few of the following consoles: PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch)
• Knowledge of other tech (a plus)
