The AVE Group is seeking is Managers for Novo Coffee located in the Denver International Airport!

Must be available for an early morning shift starting at 2am!

The Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations; including but not limited to quality control, personnel management, sanitation, equipment maintenance, health inspections and inventory management. This role requires an in-depth knowledge regarding various company policies, procedures, and exposure to a wide variety of concepts.

We are looking for:

• Candidates who: possess at least two year of coffee shop management experience;
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction;

Job-Specific Duties:

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining a staff that is well versed in company policies and procedures;
• Set and monitor quality and service standards of staff;
• Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff;
• Interact with customers to develop loyalty;
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution;
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of restaurant menu items to meet and maintain company set standards;
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly fiscal management of the restaurant;
• Strong grasp of food cost, financials, and inventory control;
• Check all deliveries to ensure product(s) are correct, rotated and have been stored properly;
• Monitor and order supplies as needed;
• Ensure adherence to cash management procedures, maintain organized cash handling records;
• Responsible for delegating and following up on tasks while remaining accountable for overall restaurant functions.
• Maintain regular communication with restaurant staff, operations managers, and corporate office through regular meetings, email communication, and discussions;

Position requires ability to stand up to 12 hours, climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
