Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Baker and Cake Decorator to join our team. That will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious pastries and desserts for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires previous baking experience, creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for baking.

Duties:

- Prepare and bake pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer requests

- Decorate cakes using various techniques, such as piping, fondant, and icing

- Create custom designs and decorations based on customer preferences

- Ensure orders are finished in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards

- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product safety

Experience:

- Previous experience in food production, baking, or cooking is required

- Strong customer service skills to understand and meet customer expectations

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools, including knives and mixers

- Familiarity with the restaurant or catering industry is a plus

- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
