Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components. - Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance. - Supervise and coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs. - Handle basic plumbing tasks like fixing leaks or installing fixtures. - Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
