JOB OVERVIEW Head Coach at BODY20 is an energetic, dynamic Player/Coach position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with management/ownership to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members. This is a supervisor role. This person will be the Member Experience Specialist in the back of the house and will hold the coaching team accountable to being a high-performing, member experience team. This is a non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. You will be a key player, contributing to the success of a fast-paced EMS (Electro-Muscle Stimulation) fitness training studio by selling a best-in-class experience while building relationships with BODY20 members and potential members. You will be an integral part of the growth of the enterprise on the ground floor as we build out the network within Arizona and support the national brand gain traction. Benefits/Perks

Primary Responsibilities
This job will be partly coaching members/demos and partly manager responsibilities such as reporting, follow up calls to member/demos and more
Recruit and maintain a sufficient amount of fitness coaches to service each member and guest that completes a BODY20 session or demo
Establish monthly goals in sessions, demos and demo conversion for all Fitness Coaches
Monthly evaluation of Fitness Coach in sessions, demos serviced and demo conversion
Not afraid to pick up the phone for daily calls to prospects, demos and current members. Must not be afraid speak to people
Required to ask current members for referrals and hold the coaching team accountable to asking for referrals. Goals per week must be met
Conduct weekly staff meetings
Onboard and Train all new Fitness Coaches
Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions
Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and products
Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards
Find creative ways to enhance the member experience
Qualifications
Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
CPR/AED certification (preferred)
1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
Membership sales (or similar) sales experience with proven success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess honesty and personal integrity
Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Passion for health and wellness
Willing and able to work afternoons/evenings and Saturday (preferably closing shift with flexibility if needed)
Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time Job Types: 30-40 hours per week depending on scheduling of members. Potential to turn into a consistent full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary: $20.00/Hour Plus Commission for every demo you coach that becomes a member. Bonuses will be offered based on needs of the studio (such as member retention and more) and exceeding quota. Commission would be paid out after the scheduled demo has been completed in-studio and after the sale has closed. We offer uncapped commission. Goal: This person will set referral goals for the entire coaching team (including Head Coach) and hold them accountable. This person will be expected to generate referral leads organically through creating relationships with existing members. This person will be expected to know the BODY20 sales scripting to be able to assist with closing sales when working in-studio. Additional Information Who Are We?
