Homes for Independent Living (HIL) is seeking self-starters with a positive attitude who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals who have developmental disabilities. Our Direct Support Professionals actively support the daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities by assisting them to maintain health and safety in the community and by coaching clients toward independence. We are expanding and hiring for the following positions:

Direct Support Professionals (DSP):

-FT1 in Appleton, Neenah and Kaukauna

-FT2 in Appleton, Neenah and Kaukauna

-PT2 in Neenah and Appleton

-FT2 and FT3 in Oshkosh-valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and clean driving record a must!

-FLOAT positions-must be available to work either 1st/2nd, 2nd/3rd or 3rd/1st shifts, have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and 2 years caregiving or CNA experience. This is a full time 40 hour a week position and $19/hr. Must be willing to rotate between programs within the FOX region.

Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years of age, pass our pre-employment background check and complete an occupational health physical/TB test.

Wages are $14-17 and based off program. We offer $1/hr 2nd shift and $2/hr weekend differential (Friday 10pm-Sunday 10pm)
