Responsibilities:

Foster a friendly and professional environment by engaging with customers and understanding their preferences, regardless of their cigar knowledge level.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on cigar selections tailored to customers' tastes, occasions, and experience levels. (Don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know)

Demonstrate skillful cigar cutting and lighting techniques, assisting customers in preparing their cigars for a smooth and enjoyable smoking experience.

Educate customers about various cigar sizes, shapes, and brands, fostering a learning and inclusive atmosphere.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns, ensuring a personalized and valued experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the mobile lounge, including ashtrays, seating areas, and cigar display areas.

Participate in organizing and executing special events, promotions, and cigar tasting sessions to elevate the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
