Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to join our medical and surgical team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management, fiscal management, and utilization management. Knowledge of healthcare software systems such as Athena & Meditech, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain patient confidentiality
- Oversee the billing and coding processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue cycle management and budgeting
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery and improve patient satisfaction
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience
- Coordinate with insurance companies and managed care organizations to ensure proper reimbursement for services rendered
- Maintain inventory control of medical supplies and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or related field
- Strong knowledge of medical office operations, including billing, coding, and insurance processes
- Proficiency in using healthcare software systems such as Athena and Meditech.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and engage staff members
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
