We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric care and possess a strong background in critical care nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the PICU setting, focusing on critically ill pediatric patients.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform specialized procedures such as airway management, catheterization, and ostomy care.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare team members.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Previous experience in PICU or pediatric critical care preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95.85 - $105.78 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
