Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Roving Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic property management team. This role is perfect for those with diverse skills in maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure our rental units are maintained and prepared to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and safe environment for tenants.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Travel to various properties to perform necessary maintenance work.

- Regular communication with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Managers to coordinate and complete tasks efficiently.

- Proactively identify and address maintenance issues to prevent future problems.

- Oversee and ensure the quality of work performed by contractors.

- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and participate in snow removal efforts as needed.

- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

- Valid State driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Computer proficiency for managing work orders and communication.

- EPA certification, or willingness to obtain within the first year.

- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

- Ability to be on call periodically and perform physical tasks such as driving and snow removal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
