- 2-3 years minimum survey experience
- Familiarity with Topcon instruments a plus
- Strong knowledge of algebra and other mathematical concepts used in surveying
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and individually
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and understand civil construction plans
- Good attitude, ready to work
- Bilingual a plus

- Conduct earthwork/grading surveying activities using various equipment and tools
- Set up, operate, and take care of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and robotic instruments
- Perform calculations and analysis of survey data
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with Survey Chief and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Using hand tools such as sledgehammers, hammers, picks
Work in Central Texas area only, home every night
Monday-Friday, some Saturdays
