Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to join their team. As a pivotal member of their organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects related to mitigation, restoration, remediation, and large-scale catastrophe response. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee mitigation, restoration, and remediation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.

  • Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including field personnel and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution and quality service delivery.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.

  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that projects meet industry standards and client expectations.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and relevant project records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 plus years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration and construction industry, with expertise in mitigation, restoration, water, fire, mold, and large-scale catastrophe response.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and lead project teams effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality service with a customer-centric approach.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
