Bumo is a cutting-edge on-demand child care marketplace, connecting parents in need of child care with trusted child care centers who make their child care seats available and instantly bookable through the Bumo app. Our platform facilitates seamless, efficient, and safe child care arrangements, empowering both parents and providers.

The Child Care Provider Success Associate is responsible for successfully onboarding new daycare, preschool, and camp providers onto the Bumo marketplace platform and providing them with ongoing support so that we can ensure they have a successful experience on Bumo with regular bookings and thus an additional revenue stream for their child care business. To achieve this, the work entails conducting research on high quality child care providers in different cities and localities, outreach and education about Bumo, coordinating and conducting site visits, facilitating the completion of all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support to ensure the providers achieve recurring revenue on the Bumo platform and are happy with their participation in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective high quality daycare, preschool, and camp providers in different cities and localities based on Bumo’s expansion strategy and needs set forth by leadership
• Reach out to and educate these child care providers to bring them onboard to join the Bumo marketplace. Much of this includes cold outreach so candidate must be comfortable with this motion.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits to assess the suitability and quality of potential providers.
• Facilitate the completion of all necessary paperwork and compliance checks.
• Ensure provider is set up on the marketplace so that their available sessions are bookable by parents in need of child care.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new providers throughout and beyond the onboarding process.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with all providers, acting as the main point of contact for any queries or concerns.
• Continually seek ways to improve the onboarding and ongoing support process including ensuring we have the most up to date sessions available on the platform for parents to book.
• Help grow the Provider Success team as the company expands to new major cities and hubs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
