Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children in the early childhood education setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays.
- Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through engaging activities and play.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques.
- Collaborate with parents and families to support the child's educational journey.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.

Skills:
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Ability to create and implement engaging educational activities that promote physical education, cognitive development, and social skills.
- Strong behavior management skills to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt curriculum to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
