Description

Our Leadership Development Program offers the chance to have practical, real world experience at one of the world’s leading P&C insurance companies. Our program targets post college graduates looking to develop their business skill, learn about our industry and jump start their career. Participants will rotate through our service and sales units and learn about each role through the business. In addition to work experience, participants will hear directly from our Enterprise Management Team and participate in webinars, discussion forums and network receptions.

This is a full-time paid position averaging 37.5hrs per week.

• Oral and written communication skills
• Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
• Technically adept/digitally savvy
• Self starter with attention to detail
