We are a fantastic Podiatry office that seeks to provide the highest level of care to every one of our patients. We know that we are an office that is exceptional due to the team that stands behind us. We work hard, play hard, and make patients smile each day. We are looking for an outstanding front office assistant to join our team!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Back Office Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Back Office Medical Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support in a hospital setting. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic medical procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and privacy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and allergies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and coordinating referrals.
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes to ensure accurate documentation and reimbursement.
- Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Conduct X-rays as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
