Job Summary:
Renn Kirby Auto Group is seeking a qualified Vehicle Tire Technician to join our team in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time hourly position within the auto industry and the role will primarily involve performing tire-related tasks for various types of vehicles. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for automotive mechanical work.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Perform tire balancing and rotation to ensure even wear
- Mount and dismount tires on rims
- Check and adjust tire pressure as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with other mechanical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with vehicle tires is preferred
- Familiarity with tire-changing equipment and tools
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
