We're seeking a highly organized Engineering Change Coordinator (ECC) to join our customer's Engineering team! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity, with NO PROBATIONARY period offering competative pay and great benefits! In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process, from initiation to implementation and beyond. You'll collaborate with various teams (Design, Manufacturing, Production) to ensure effective communication and execution of all engineering changes.

Responsibilities:
Manage the ECN Process:
Plan and sequence tasks for each ECN request.
Utilize PLM (PTC Windchill) and PDM (SolidWorks) software to manage ECN documentation and approvals.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams throughout the change process.
Maintain Product Information:
Update and maintain Item Master and Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system.
Support internal teams (Engineering, Production, Purchasing) with BOM-related questions.
Manage engineering change effectivity and track change-related processes.
Ensure Change Success:
Conduct ECN risk assessments and analyze potential impacts.
Perform post-implementation reviews to validate the effectiveness of changes.
Verify proper ECN implementation across all operational teams.
Manage regular meetings to discuss ECN progress and address any concerns.
Skills:
Experience maintaining BOMs for complex manufactured products.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications.
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
Have prior experience managing Item Masters and BOMs in ERP systems.
Demonstrate proficiency in PLM (like Windchill) and PDM (like SolidWorks) software.
Are proficient in 3D CAD software (like Creo or SolidWorks).
Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
