This role requires extensive experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting, specifically:

* 60 Months of experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and Printers

* 12 Months of experience installing/troubleshooting servers

* 60 Months of experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones

* 60 Months of experience installing/troubleshooting data communications equipment

* 60 Months of experience conducting technical site surveys

* 36 Months of experience in desktop support

* 36 Months of experience conducting inventory control

**Detailed Job Description:**

The ITS Specialist/Senior Network position will provide technical assistance and assessment of designated NYS OMH facilities via the NYS ITS Network Site Consultation process. This involves circuit bandwidth, Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system upgrades, and wireless upgrades, including physical site assessments. Travel is required for the position.
