Your Role Within the Team

The Amazon Paid Media Coordinator will be responsible for executing the Performance Marketing plan, working with agency partners to manage DSP, and analyzing channel performance to maximize ROI.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with brand mangers and content teams to drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis on channel performance.
• Collaborate with agency partners to manage paid media across Search and Programmatic (DSP) advertising to strategize and execute marketing campaigns, driving highly incremental return.
• Generate weekly performance reports, conduct in-depth analysis, and derive actionable insights to inform optimization strategies to enhance channel performance.
• Proactively form creative strategies to enhance indexing, rank, and product run rates through both paid and organic efforts, contributing to the overall brand growth and visibility on Amazon.

Desired Skills and Experience

· 3 years of experience in Amazon advertising and reporting, required.

· 1 year of listing and account management experience, required.

· Demonstrated ability to defend media choices both analytically and critically, taking all business objectives and marketing goals into consideration.

· Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively with internal and external partner.

· Strong relationship building skills.
