Responsibilities:
- Reception duties
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 year minimum experience with QuickBooks
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
