Details-
- Guide the afternoon operations of the caregiving team
- Provide experienced leadership and gentle encouragement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Serve as a resource regarding clinical issues

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

Pay: $66,560.00 - $72,800.00 per year
