- Evaluates all installation work and customer service issues, ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Leads our installation and service teams to complete their daily workload.
- Responds to all in-field issues that may come up daily within the installation and service team.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and terminate Installation Technicians, Detail/Service Technicians, and Warehouse Specialists.
- Communicates scheduling needs and changes with the Customer Service Department.
- Assigns work to the installation personnel daily and holds a weekly meeting with Installers starting at 6:30am.
- Monitors company materials and supplies to ensure they are being used appropriately and efficiently.
- Ensures all Installer vehicles are serviced regularly, maintained in good working condition, and kept neat, clean, and secure at all times.
- Complete all sales technical training whenever needed.
- Communicates, exercises, and enforces compliance to company policies and procedures including safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Strongly prefer 4 years management experience of 5 or more personnel.
- Possess the ability to work independently.
- Possess a sense of urgency and react effectively and decisively to the needs of the business.
- Be able to regularly lift and/or push/pull up to 100 pounds.
- Must possess a valid State driver’s license and have an excellent safety record.
- Have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have competency with technology & Microsoft Office Suite.
