PrideStaff on behalf of a client located in Fort Lauderdale is needing a responsible and and innovative Sponsorship Coordinator that can build relationships with potential sponsors that align with the organizations objectives and mission statement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on their relevance to the organization and their potential contribution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate sponsor-related activities, events, and promotional opportunities.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements, terms, and pricing in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on sponsorship performance and provide insights for future improvements.
• Develop and manage the sponsorship budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize sponsorship revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and sales, to integrate sponsorship initiatives into broader organizational strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, account management, or business development.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of sponsorship trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
