REQUIREMENTS:

·Serving experience in an upscale market 

·Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage (wine and champagne knowledge is a plus) 

·To ensure all allergy procedures are followed at all times 

·Must understand how to use POS programs such as Micros 

·Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays 

·Has a keen sense of attention to detail, making sure tables are served and bussed properly 

·Able to work well under pressure during times of high-volume service 

·Personal punctuality 

·Exceptional upselling techniques  

·Promote Firmdale Brand and properties 

·To take personal responsibility for punctuality
