RedMatter Solutions is currently seeking a Senior RadiantLogic Solutions Architect/Developer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive solutions for account management and identity synchronization to our growing customer base. The role requires technical and architectural expertise, a high-level of business acumen, and deep knowledge of identity management products and system design principles. Strong time management and communication skills are also essential.

Required Skills: 

• At least 4 years of experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) including both the Federated Identity Management (FIM) and Identity Correlation and Synchronization (ICS) components.
• Proven track record of integrating data sources/applications into VDS, configuring VDS data access views, and permissions, and correlating and synchronizing identities.
• Familiarity with protocols such as SCIM, SOAP, REST and APIs.

Desirable Skills:

• Over 5 years of experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, upgrading and maintaining Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) including both the Federated Identity Management (FIM) and Identity Correlation and Synchronization (ICS) components.
• 3 years of experience working with Active Directory and LDAP.
• 3 years of experience working with Windows servers, databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL), application servers (Tomcat, IIS, Apache).
• Familiarity with cloud computing models (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), zero trust security models, and mobile computing.
• Knowledge of HSPD-12/PIV/CAC, FIPS 201, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53 and 800-63, FISMA, and other federal ICAM-related directives, standards, and mandates.
• Experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, OpenID/OpenID Connect, one-time passcodes, PKI, derived credentials, FIDO, U2F, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC.
• Experience with AWS, GSA USAccess, HR Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Office365, Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and CyberArk.
• RadiantOne certification.

Job Functions: 

• Support the requirements, design, build, customization, testing, authorization, and deployment of Radiant Logic VDS (on-premises or AWS IaaS hosting model).
• Connect VDS to multiple disparate sources, aggregate data from these sources, cache data as needed, and share data back between the sources as needed.
• Develop a rapid application onboarding process for integrating various data sources that use various interfaces (e.g. ,SQL, REST, SOAP, LDAP) to both read and write data in near real-time.
• Configure aggregation and caching of data on regular schedules and, at times, near real-time.
• Configure access policies and expose custom views of different data to different applications, at times exposing and at times writing to applications.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive operations and maintenance plan, including the addition of VDS to ServiceNow as an identity service and application with relationships to other enterprise systems.
• Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, training materials and conduct stakeholder training and education.
