We are currently searching for a talented Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide the highest quality of care to our patients in Old Bridge, NJ. The ideal provider is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality healthcare to the elderly population.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and observations
• Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed based on patient needs and in accordance with state regulations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services
• Training patients and their family/caregivers to manage and prevent illness and injury.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our easy to use electronic health record system

Experience:

• Active NJ state NP/PA license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Endocrinology NP/PA
• Experience working a Nursing home is preferred but not required
