Just off Interstate 75 at the corner of Lee Highway and Bonnie Oaks, has an immediate opening for an experienced and progressive Automotive Sales Manager.
Crown Subaru has just relocated from downtown Chattanooga to a high traffic location right on the Bonnie Oaks exit of 75.
The new showroom is over 12,000 square feet to develop and support the growth of Subaru, a brand with the best customer loyalty! Crown is an award-winning dealership group in Tennessee, Florida and Ohio.
If you have successfully managed a large sales force, have Asian automotive brand experience and are an experienced new car manager and/or used car manager, you should consider applying today!
This position requires knowledge of both NEW and USED automotive sales management.
The right candidate should have the following:
At least five years in a dealership sales environment in sales management.
High volume Asian or luxury experience in automotive sales management
New and used inventory control skills.
Leadership and training skills in developing sales consultants in progressive desking techniques like presenting a pencil using digital retailing tools.
An understanding of how a customer selects a brand shopping online and those actions taken in the next steps.
Overall knowledge and use of current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
This dealership has a planning volume of over 180-200 new and used car vehicles per month currently.
