5. Create a Safe and Supportive Environment: Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes positive learning experiences and facilitates skill development.

4. ABA Knowledge: Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques is desirable. Additional training or willingness to participate in training provided by Ayers Autism Health will be given high regard.
5. Compassionate and Patient: Possess a genuine passion for helping individuals with autism and the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding throughout the therapy process.
6. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
7. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the needs and schedules of clients and families. This role may require working on evenings and weekends to accommodate client availability.
8. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for traveling to clients' homes for in-home therapy sessions.
