Summary Description:
The OnTrack Clinician will be part of a small, multidisciplinary team providing coordinated and assertive treatment to adolescents and young adults (16-30 years old) who are within two years of experiencing the first onset of psychosis. The clinician will serve as the point person for participants and their families, offering supportive therapy, psychoeducation, behavioral interventions, and family support. The role also includes engaging with the participant's social and community environments to promote effective transitions and care continuity. Training for this role is provided through the statewide OnTrackNY Initiative at the Center for Practice Innovations at Columbia Psychiatry and the New York State Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene.
