Introduction

We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and process a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate would be an organized individual with aspirations to move up within the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Ability to work safely within a team environment.

● Physically fit to perform laborer tasks.
● Must be able to wear proper personal protective equipment including but not limited to a full-face respirator, Tyvek coveralls, hard hats, safety glasses, safety boots, gloves, face shield and more in “hot” environments.

● Candidate must have a willingness to learn and acquire training and certifications in specific industry applications.

● Must demonstrate professional workmanship.

● Must be able and carry 100lbs in at times, rough terrain conditions.

● Must be able to work up to 14 hours per day

Qualifications and Skills Required

● Must possess a Valid State drivers license.

● Must have own transportation to and from point of departure e.g, to office. Transportation to and from Jobs will be provided.
● High School or State Equivalent (GED)

Salary

Starting salary will be based on applicant’s prior experience. Pay will be twice per month. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours/week. ConServ will provide per-diem for each night out of town stay is required, along with lodging.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
