About the Role
Seeking a professional and flexible applicant with experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in a supervisory role.
Responsible for recruitment, Staff/Provider supervision, care coordination, monitoring supports and services, documentation, and follow-up on all programs, services, and plans for individuals supported by the program. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Position requires staff to be on-call and available to cover a variety of shifts, as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelors degree in a Human Services or Behavioral field.
A minimum of three (3) years supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
A minimum of two (2) years of previous supervisory experience required.
Must be flexible in a rapidly changing environment and be self-directed with strong leadership, organizational and time management skills. This is a position that requires applicant to be on-call!
