Primis Bank Opportunities is Hiring a Digital Platform Intern Near Ashland, VA
Position Summary: This role is responsible for working alongside the Digital Platform Sales & Service team to support the quality assurance program assigned to the buildout of a new digital banking platform. This role is also responsible for evaluating the digital products and platforms to ensure quality standards and requirements ensuring that the products, applications, and systems for the new digital banking platform work correctly.
Essential Functions
Work within the UAT environments for Savana banker experience, Savana customer experience, and Jira.
Responsible for finding and reporting bugs and issues based off the assigned test scripts with assigned testing scripts.
Quality will be assessed through manual and automated testing, on desktop and mobile devices.
Review and analyze system specifications.
Report and document technical and software issues and defects.
Marginal Functions
Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements
High school degree
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program or have graduated within the past 6 months
Minimum Skill Requirements
Conceptual ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
