Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Learn and execute various cooking techniques and recipes
- Develop knowledge of menu planning, food safety, and sanitation
- Assist with catering and special events
- Participate in kitchen operations, including food storage and inventory management
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes and menus
- Develop an understanding of hotel operations and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a culinary arts program or related field
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
