Randox Health California is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Quality Administrator with exceptional communication and organizational skills, to be based in the Randox Health team in Santa Monica. This key role will support our lab-based, Reporting and Operations teams providing a high quality, wide ranging administrative support function.
Duties will include:
The Candidate
Passionate about our company ethos, you’ll have previous administrative experience from answering queries via email and telephone to booking appointments and managing calendars. This is a busy, hands-on, quality-focused role, so you'll need to be enthusiastic and proactive with a positive approach as well as being able to prioritise a busy workload.
You'll be an excellent communicator and planner, with the ability to organise and manage a varied and busy workload. Flexible, positive and a problem solver, you'll also be discreet and able to manage confidential information.
The role will also involve data inputting, scanning, filing and other general administrative duties.
