Job Title: Operations Manager

Status: Exempt

This position is responsible for overseeing the business processes in the Delivery and Warehouse departments to maximize profitability and efficiency. Additional $5,000 one time bonus after 6 months of employment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Managing daily operations in the Delivery Department included but not limited to: Route Management, Staffing/Schedules, Disciplinary, End of Day Cash Management, Complaints.

-Managing daily operations in the Warehouse included but not limited to: Staffing/Schedules, Equipment, Safety/OSHA, Product Inventory Management, Organization, Labor Hours.

-Oversee Fleet Management including Department of Transportation compliance, Company vehicles, Fleet Maintenance, Inspections.

-Oversee maintenance of building, equipment, fleet, and routing.

- Lead initiatives for business development, sales growth, and profit maximization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

-Additional tasks assigned.

Education/Experience:

-High School Diploma or equivalent.

-Operations/Logistics Management Experience- at least 1 year PREFERRED.

-Management Experience- REQUIRED.

-Commercial Drivers License- PREFERRED

Required Skills/Abilities:

-Thorough understanding of Department of Transportation guidelines.

- Proven experience in project management, leadership, and managing operational functions.
- Strong background in process improvement, strategic planning, profit loss analysis, sales strategies, and business development.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,500.00 per year
