Overview
MME is seeking a Project Coordinator to work on behalf of our client in the luxury wines & spirits category. Our ideal candidate has 1 year’s experience as a communications professional who is skilled at providing marketing operational support. This position will report directly to the client.

JOB DETAILS
The Project Coordinator is a resource to be deployed full time in a Wines and Spirits organization as a facilitation resource to the marketing and commercial activities led by the brand team. Scope includes management of ongoing campaigns, support with shipping of product to different events/fairs/awards, liaison with the organization’s suppliers and agencies and provide overall marketing operations support.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This client is looking for this resource to cover the following tasks:
Marketing Strategy Support:
Support the management of the brand’s A&P deployment strategy to ensure that the A&P budget is consistently prioritized and tracked.
Support Brand Managers with concepting and creation of programming tools in collaboration with agency partners, sharing feedback and keeping track of deliverable timelines in line with Trade Marketing calendar.
Brand Support:
Assist in the execution of marketing programs and activations across project management, tracking and logistics.
Partner with brand leadership on the management of programming KPIs and prepare activation recap reports in collaboration with agency partners
Assist with program management including staffing, sample and event orders, ensuring preparation for best-in-class execution.
Agency and Internal Partnership: Support yearly through partnership with Trade Marketing and Channel Development, as well with 3rd Party Agencies (Media, POSM, etc).
Product fulfillment: Submit product samples in line with schedule and different stakeholder request, keeping track of all shipments, utilization and following up on the activity for performance.
Support with external events through 3rd party agency – logistics, project management, on-site verification of execution, performance tracking.
Leveraging templates and requirements from the organization, consolidate performance on brand activations for sharing with internal stakeholders.
Relationship Management:
Supporting the client, maintain successful relationships with 3rd party agency business partners and other third-party stakeholders to continually ensure their commitment to delivering brand objectives.
Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned. Strong attention to detail is also critical.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred
Professional Experience
1 years of experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries. Agency background is a plus.
Practical/Technical Knowledge
