Junction True Value is Hiring a PAINT SALES Near Seattle, WA
Position Description: Full-time schedule, includes weekend shift(s). Store hours 8 am - 6 pm, Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm, Sat & Sun.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and friendly service to customers in person and over the phone.
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
- Build trust with customers and contractors.
- Be curious and continue to grow expertise on products offered.
- Ensure quality sales floor presentation which meets all store signage, display, and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure easy shopping and maximum sales.
- Provide direct support for daily operations of the store.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally), climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate $19.00 - $21.00
Regular, full employees can enroll in benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance. They also receive paid holidays and vacations hours after completely eligibility periods. Other benefits available include a 401(k) with company match and an employee discount.
Prior to employment, candidates are required to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and background check.
