Catholic Charities is seeking a Student Navigator in the Mentoring for Higher Education. This is a part-time position. The Mentoring for Higher Education program advances individuals’ economic stability by increasing community college enrollment and degree completion rates. The responsibilities include ensuring students in the program understand how to access services at San Joaquin Delta College; actively network with providers of student services at the community college (San Joaquin Delta College). The navigator connects students with community resources as needed. Required qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish, demonstrate organizational skills and strong time management, AA degree and three years’ experience in the social services field, or related behavioral health environment, and proficiency in computer skills, Word, Excel, and creating promotional material.
