Location: Remote - anywhere in the US (except California) 
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 variable up to $30K tied to individual performance Unmatched Benefits!

[Remote] Account Director Description

Our client, a creative and award-winning marketing agency, is looking for a Remote Account Director with strong analytical skills to join their team. You'll be the strategic marketing voice of the agency, ensuring client needs are met and goals achieved. Build strong relationships, guide teams to execute strategies, and retain and grow accounts. [Remote] Account Director Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 5-10 key client accounts, providing strategic direction
• Develop executable strategies designed to meet the client’s needs/goals
• Identify growth opportunities and actively pursue mutual benefits for clients and agency
• Act as the primary client contact
• Maintain consistent communication and align agency services with client needs
• Collaborate with research and strategy teams to inform strategy development
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs
• Present campaign insights and future strategies to clients to ensure ongoing success
• Retain and grow accounts and identify new opportunities with clients
• Establish one-to-one rapport with key parties within the company
• Demonstrate authoritative understanding of the client’s goals and competitive landscapes
• Reinforce what the company brings to the table as a strategic partner

[Remote] Account Director Qualifications

• 5 years digital marketing experience required
• 2 years in an agency accounts role experience required
• Proven track record in developing and leading B2B marketing strategies required
• Proficiency in SEO, PPC, and social-advertising strategies required
• CRM experience required
