Fit Kidz 4 Fun LLC is looking for Youth sports and fitness coaches for our after school programs. We are looking for FUN, upbeat personalities that kids will fall in love with. All coaches will travel to assigned ocps school locations to instruct kids in various sports and fitness. We also have 3 schools that we provide p.e services too.

Compensation is $18 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 years of experience working with youth or other recreational setting
• Ability to interact with all age levels
• Certified in CPR for Children and Adults (or ability to obtain certification upon employment)
• Ability to make sound independent judgment and decisions when circumstances arise
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Previous experience in a specific sports program
• Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working with children
• Great customer service skills
• Some sort of sports and fitness background

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in the direction, supervision and organization kids
• Participate in the development and implementation of program activities and make suggestions for improvement when necessary
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in all activities for campers and staff
• Be a role model to campers and staff by maintaining a positive attitude in all situations
• Provides emergency care and treatment as needed
• Attend required staff meetings and pre-camp training
• Maintain all program equipment and supplies
• Able to come up with own ideas on the fly

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to be flexible with assignments and work hours required
• Readiness and willing to jump right in as a coach
• Flexible and mobile
• NO FELONY charges of any sort on record AS BACKROUND CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED
• Able to be creative on the spot
• All programs are held throughout the Orlando area.
