We are looking for experienced post-frame crew members and foreman to join our team!
At Structural Buildings of MN, Inc., we’ve been constructing dreams throughout Minnesota and the surrounding 5 State area since 1985. We design and construct a wide array of building types, ensuring our ability to provide the best type of building to meet all our customer’s needs.
Construction Laborer Responsibilities:
Install footings and framing walls, roof structures, and trusses
Install windows, entry doors, interior doors, and door openings
Read, understand, and build according to specs and construction plans
Install various siding and roofing materials
Construction Laborer Qualifications:
2 years of post-frame construction experience
Enjoy working outside in varying weather conditions
Willingness to learn, develop new skills and be a productive member of the team
Ability to take direction with a positive attitude
Capability to produce quality work in an efficient manner
Willingness to travel, which includes extended overnight stays
CDL highly desired
Construction Laborer Requirements:
Valid driver’s license is required
Abide by and apply Structural Buildings safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards to every building, every day
Willingness to maintain and operate construction and hand tools in a safe and proper manner
Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and at various heights (up to 40 feet) from ladders and aerial work platforms
Construction Laborer Benefits and Pay:
Industry-best pay ranging from $17 to $40 per hour BOE
Industry-best benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability and 401K
Previous Experience:
If you have previous experience as a construction laborer or carpenter, electrician, apprentice, plumber, HVAC, painter, mechanic, drywall, framing, demolition, insulation, or a military background, we encourage you to apply.
