Position Overview: CEREC & 3D Printing RDA

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RDA with a strong background in CEREC Onlay/Inlay & 3D Printing Design to support our doctors and ensure seamless patient care. This role will encompass both back-office responsibilities, including chairside assistance for our Spear-trained doctors, and front-office tasks such as treatment plan presentations and miscellaneous administrative duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Holds an active dental assisting license, preferred for assisting doctors and presenting cases.

- Brings extensive experience in CEREC Inlay/Onlay Design & 3D Printing Design for Nightguard.

- Exudes a bubbly personality with exceptional customer service skills, excelling in both in-person and phone interactions.

- Demonstrates exceptional conflict management abilities and can effectively handle challenging patient situations.

- Possesses a growth mindset and adapts positively to changes.

- Is known for being punctual, reliable, and a dedicated team player.
